Payment and Shipping:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Discover. All shipments are made through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are insured. We do not ship any packages without confirming address and timing of shipment with you.
US Shipping is based on the order total and is calculated when viewing your cart or checking out.
International Ordering and Shipping:
Please email info@rdallen.com or call 207-865-1818 for international orders. Shipping method and charges to be determined based on destination and weight of package.
Returns:
Returns of unworn, undamaged jewelry will be accepted with prior authorization and with a copy of your receipt. Please call or email us within 14 days of your purchase prior to returning the item(s). All returns are shipped at the customer’s expense. A store credit will be issued for the return. All special order and custom orders as well as consignment sales are final sales.
